These Service Requests are NOT monitored after business hours.  If your request is of an urgent nature, please call our main line which is monitored 24/7 (519-631-4860).  For emergencies, please call 9-1-1.

The Municipality of Central Elgin is pleased to provide this on-line Customer Service Request form to more effectively engage with the public. If you have feedback, want to report an issue or just leave suggestions or comments please fill out the form below and we'll get onto it as quickly as possible.  The more details you provide the faster we are able to process your request, so please be as thorough as possible.

Your request will be immediately forwarded to our staff, and we will keep you updated on the status as we work through your request.  The request will be assigned a unique Tracking Number – please use it in any future communication with us.  An email will be immediately sent to you acknowledging receipt of the submission, and will provide you a link to check the status.  Thank you!
